Nothing brings me more happiness than return clients. After my couple's weddings are all said and done and they have all their beautiful wedding photos and go one living their life. I honestly miss them. Okay, I know this may sound odd but after I’ve captured some of the happiest moments of their lives like their proposal, engagement sessions and weddings I honestly feel somewhat connected to them. To me, it would be odd if I wasn’t sad. So when Catalina and Derick, whose wedding I shot back in 2017, contacted me to share the wonderful news that they are expecting a baby boy and wanted me to do their maternity photos I was over the moon. Catalina was literally glowing when I meet them at her parents' property in Valley Springs for their photoshoot. Even though we had an evening session it was so hot but we braved the heat and came out with some amazing photos. Big Brother to be, James, gave me a lovely tour of the property and showed me all the best photoshoot spots while his parents finished up getting ready. It was super fun session and I just can’t wait to meet baby Joshua when he gets here.
